Yes. Wipe chestpiece, tubing, and eartips with 70% isopropyl alcohol wipes; air-dry fully. Weekly, remove eartips, wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse and dry, then reattach. Don't submerge. Replace if cracked or stiff (spares included).
