Q. Why the orders take longer than usual to deliver?

 A. Due to labor shortage, many carriers are currently low on the truck drivers for sufficient transportations.




Q. Why the packaging of the product I received is different from what I ordered?

A. In times of high demand, we may run out of retail packaging and will start using backup stock.




Q. How do I know if I purchased the counterfeit products?

A. The chances of you run into a counterfeit product is ZERO if you purchase them from either FriCARE website or its Amazon store. When you purchase the product from Amazon, you can scan the QR Code on its packaging with your Amazon App to get an approval answer for vouching the product brand legitimacy. If you want to further verify its authenticity, then you can send us your concern regarding the issues at Hello@fricare.com. We will do our best ability to help you resolve your concerns.




Q. Where are the masks MADE, I have seen some of your Amazon reviews saying that your product is not American made?

A. It might be a little bit confusing for some of our customers to understand the originality of the face masks that we sell in our Amazon store or on our website. Just like Nike having many supply chains across the globe, FriCARE dose also have its supply chain spread across the United States, China, Korea etc.




Q. Are these masks FDA approved?

A. All our masks are FDA approved. Besides, our surgical & procedure face masks are 510(k) premarketing cleared.




Q. Are masks reusable?

A. Unless, it is indicated on the packaging saying that “Usable”. Otherwise, it is highly recommended that proper disposal after using.




Q. Are masks certified ASTM Level 3?

A. Many of our face masks meet the standard of ASTM level 3, and our surgical face masks do have the test reports from accredited labs such as Nelson Laboratories and Eurofins.




Q. What is the difference between KN95 and N95?

A. KN95 is a Chinese standard and a popular form factor from Asia that's become popular in the United States. While N95 is an American standard for face masks that meets the requirements of personal protective equipment that are used to protect the wearer from particles or from liquid contaminating the face, which is jointly regulated by both CDC & NIOSH.
